COVID-19, seeing the dots

”The Human body is a microcosm of the Universe”

Macrocosm and microcosm refers to a vision of cosmos where the part (microcosm) reflects the whole (macrocosm) and vice versa.

In morning meditation reflection today, the clear connections, join-the-dots insights came vividly and clearly:

DOT 1. We are all One and interconnected, even if we don't see it, believe it or feel it, but it should be pretty friggin obvious by now.

DOT 2. 

- The Lungs of Earth burned last year (Amazon), Bushfires in Australia, the air quality of our planet choking on our carbon spewing, making it difficult for our planet to ”breath”

- The planet's temperature is rising, the animals hide from humans as we spread over the Earth, not harmoniously co-existing with our surrounding environments, but taking over, overwhelming and destroying poisoning it, killing what we touch.

- Humans re-produce at exponential rates, spread and utterly consume the resources it touches so it can thrive, with little regard for life around it. 

DOT 3. Now, 

- the Lungs of Humans are burning (one person diagnosed with COVID-19 described it as breathing with glass in her lungs) struggling with every breath, desperate for oxygen. 

- Our body temperatures are rising with fever. 

- The virus is spreading exponentially throughout our human populace, and we hide from its spread

- The virus consumes our bodies resources, thrives in our body with no regard for human life. It does not live harmoniously with its host.

And so what Earth is experiencing on the Macro, we are individually experiencing on the Micro. We are one and the same. 

What we do to Earth, We do to ourselves. 

What Earth feels, We Feel

If Earth chokes, We choke

If Earth's temperature rises, so do ours

If Earth's health deteriorates, so do ours

If Earth feels unwell, we will feel unwell

What can we learn? What is Mother Nature trying to communicate with us? 

This is our chance to CHANGE how we live. 

This is our chance to SEE the connection

This is our chance to FEEL what Earth is Feeling

This is our chance to Stop. Reflect. Understand and make Choices

This is our chance to HEAL ourselves, and Earth

Each of us has choices. Not our Government or other people. You. Each individual. To slow down, quieten down, turn inwards, hear what has always been there, trying to communicate it's wisdom. 

To live harmoniously, consciously, compassionately. Not individually, separated and unconsciously.

Time to awaken from deep slumber. Or drive off the cliff whilst asleep at the wheel.
